CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING SUBMITTAL OF
IN TRUST LANDS/SURVEY AND PLAN
PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 6374 AND RELATED SECTIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council, having reviewed In Trust
Lands/Survey and Plan recommended by the Planning Commission
and set forth in the document entitled "Historical Profile:
The City of South San Francisco's Trusteeship of the State of
California's Salt Marshes, Tidelands, and Submerged Territory,"
does hereby order said document submitted to the State Lands
Commission in accordance with Public Resources Code Section
6374 and related sections (including the proposed Shoreline
Regional Park plan which at the present time is one of the
several plans being considered by the Council for said area).
