A RESOLUTION AMENDING 'RESOLUTION NO. 5895
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID
ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF
BONDS"
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the Resolution cited in the title,~
adopted by this Council on August ?, 1972, is amended to add
section ?a, to read:
"la. The City hereby covenants to the purchasers of the'
BOnds and their successors in interest that it will make no use
of the proceeds of said Bonds at any time during the term
thereof which, if such use had been reasonably expected at the~
date the Bonds were issued, would have caused them to be
arbitrage bonds within the meaning of Section 103(d) of the
United States Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and the applicable
regulations of the United States Treasury Department."
