CITY COUNCILs CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO s STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 19 72- 73 - WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1972-73 for the WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS
.MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at one dollar and seventy cents
($1.70 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of one dollar
and seventy cents ($1.70 ) per One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and
assessed' as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.'
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regqlarly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 28th day of August s 1972 s
by the following vote:
