CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE-0F CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1972 - 73 -
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1; The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes
the fiscal year 19 72 - 73 for the WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at one dollaP and seventy cents
($1.70 ) upon each One Hundred DollaPs ($100.00) of
assessed value of all meal pPoperty in said distPict.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enteP in the assessment book the tax rate of one dollaP
and seventy cents ($1.70 ) per One HundPed
Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the pPoperty enumerated
and assessed as being in said WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as pPovided
by law.
