A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 19 72 - 73 -
WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:

1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 19 72- 73 for the WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND

· PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at one dollaP and seventy cents
($ 1.70 ) upon each One Hundred' Dollars ($100.00)
of assessed value of all Peal pPopePty in said distPict.
2. The City-ClePk shall for~aPd a cePtified copy of
this Resolution to the County AuditoP so that he may compute
and enteP in the assessment book the tax rate of one dollaP
and seventy cents ($1.70 ) pep One
HundPed DollaPs ($100.00) assessed value on the pPopePty
enumePated and assessed as being in said WILLOW GARDENS PARKS
AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as pPovided
by law.
