CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT - CONSTRUCTION OF RAILROAD
SPUR TRACK IN OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City. Clerk be and he is hereby authorize,
to issue a permit for the construction of trackage in Oyster
Point Boulevard on the terms and conditions set forth in said
permit, with the proposed centerline of trackage being describe~
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Oyster
Point Boulevard distant 152.25 feet from the inter-
section of said line with the prolongation of the
easterly line of Eccles Avenue, thence along a
curve to the right having a radius of 382.25 feet
and a central angle of 18° 56' an arc distance of
126.20 feet to a point .in the southerly line of
Oyster Point Boulevard distant 267.63 feet from
the intersection of said line with the easterly
line of Eccles Avenue.
