A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF'AGREEMENT WITH CABOT, CABOT &
FORBES - OYSTER POINT RAILROAD SPUR
TRACK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH 'SAN FRANCISCO that the Council in conjunction with the
Resolution authorizing issuance of a permit -- construction
of ra£1road spur track in Oyster Point Boulevard, same being
Resolution No. 5940, authorizes the execution of an agreement
with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties Inc. regarding
signalization in the event of the widening of Oyster Point
Boulevard and in the further event that the Public Utilities
Commission orders a change in signalization upon the widening
of said Boulevard.
I hereby certify that the 'foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting-held on the 18th day of September
19 72 , by the following vote:
