CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 15 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND_MEYERS, NAVE, RIBACK,
SILVER AND WILSON
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco ( "City ") and Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver &
Wilson ( "Meyers Nave ") entered into a Professional Services Agreement in March 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the City and Meyers Nave desire to amend said agreement to modify the
services provided by Meyers Nave in order to include representation of the Successor Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby:
1. Approves Amendment No. 15 to the Professional Services Agreement as set
forth in Exhibit A hereto; and
2. Authorizes the City Manager to sign, on behalf of the City, Amendment No. 15.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14 day of March,
2012 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Karyl Matsumoto, and Kevin Mullin,
Vice Mayor Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
