CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 65402 SHALL NOT APPLY TO
PROJECTS OF A MINOR NATURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The provisions of Section 65402 (a) shall not apply
to acquisitions or abandonments for street widening or align-
ment projects of a nminor nature.
2. l~ne Council makes this declaration pursuant to the
provisions of Section 65402 of the Government Code.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 2nd day of October , lg 72 ,
by the following vote:
