OF SAN FRANCISCO, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept from the Roman Catholic Welfare Corp. of San Francisco, a California corporation, the grants of easements described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and record or cause recordation thereof in the official records of the County of San Marco.
