CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENTS FROM PIOMB0 CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY (COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby author-
ized to accept a grant of public service easements from Piombo
Construction Company, a California corporation, as described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and record or cause recordation
thereof in the official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§ular meeting
held on the 2nd day of October , 19 72 ,
by the following vote:

Public Service Easements
To Be Granted To The City
Of South San Francisco
By Piombo Construction Company
Country Club Plaza
Easement for public service uses across portions of the lands of Piombo
Construction Company, a California corporation, conveyed by deed from the Roman
Catholic Welfare Corporation of San Francisco, a California corporation, dated
February 4, 1972 and recorded February 7, 1972 in Volume 6089, Official Records
of San Mateo County, at page 194 (86559-AE); said easements being more particularly
described as follows-
PARCEL A - An easement sixteen (16) feet in width for sanitary and storm
sewer purposes, said easement being 16 feet northwesterly of, parallel with and
contiguous to the southeasterly line of said lands of Piombo, said southeasterly
tine beari.ng N 58° 45' E 155.13 feet, said easement being contiguous to the south-
westerly and northeasterly lines of said lands of Piombo at its respective termini.
PARCEL B - An easement ten (10) feet in width for storm sewer purposes, said
easement being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of the above described lands of Piombo
(86559-AE); thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING N 31° 15' W 267.71 feet; thence
N 49° 25' W 2.76 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of said lands of Piombo,
thence N 31° 25' 56" W 32.39feet; thence S 49° 25' E 35.16 feet; thence S 31° 15'
E 259.31 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of said lands of Piombo; thence
along said southeasterly line S 58° 45' W lO.O0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easements for the purpose of construction, reconstruc-
tion, operation and maintenance of sanitary sewer or storm sewer, as expressly stated
hereinabove, and appurtenances, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
This Deed of Easements~ shall bind the heirs, successors and assigns of the
party (les) hereto.
