CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION VACATING A FIVE FOOT
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
(RELATED TO COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, a public utility easement was dedicated to the
City of South San Francisco by Raymond DeNardi and Caroline
DeNardi, his wife, dated September 13, 1961, and recorded
October 6, 1@61, in Volume 406@, Official Records of San Mateo
County, at page 136 (2527-U), which is more particularly herein-
after described, and
WHEREAS, said five foot (5') sanitary sewer easement as
hereinafter described, has not been used for the purposes for
which it was dedicated or acquired, nor in fact was said portion
~>?.?><~ of the easement ever used after said dedication and is not pres-
'ently nor will said portion of the easement be necessary for ~
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The five foot (5') sanitary sewer easement described
as follows be vacated and abandoned:
That portion of the property of Raymond DeNardi and
Caroline DeNardi, his wife, as joint tenants contained
within the following described sewer easement, an
easement 5 feet wide and extending on the Southwesterly
side of the following described Centerline.
BEGINNING at the most Easterly corner of the lands
described in the Deed from California Pacific Title
Insurance Company to Ferdinando Martorella and Celio
Mart ore l la , dated March 12, 1@47, and recorded March 24,
1§47, in Book 1334 of Official Records of San Mateo
County at page 186 (56824-G); said corner bears North
31° 15' 00" West 715.65 feet from the most Northerly
corner of Block lettered "B" as said Block is desig-
nated on the map entitled "MAP NO. 1 COUNTRY CLUB PARK,
SAN MATE0 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," which map was filed in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California on May §, 1§41, in Book 23 of Maps
at pages 54, 55 and 56; thence from said POINT OF BEGIN-
NING along the Southeasterly boundary line of the lands
above referred to in the Deed to Martorella, South 58°
45' 00" West 208.§5 feet and South 27° 45' 00" West

5.07 feet to the Northeasterly line of the lands
described in the Deed from Ferdinando Martorella et
al, to Joseph Vestuto and Tony Rossi, dated April
29, 1957, and recorded July 2, 1987, in Book 3242 of
Official Records of San Mateo County at page 722 ·
(6353@-P); thence proceeding in a NorthweSterly direc-
tion North 50° 43' 37" West for a distance of approxi-
mately 262 feet to a point which bears North 55° 08'
41" East 1.97 feet from the centerline of said Fairway
Drive at the North right-of-way line of Ponderosa Road.
2. Said. vacation and abandonment shall not release,
vacate or abandon any other easements granted or in use.
3. The City Clerk record the required documents to
clear said easement from the record title.
