CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT,
WESTBOROUGH 4A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the "Amendment to Agreement - Westborough
4A - Improvements and Other Matters Related to Park Site and
Tentative Map," dated October 3, 19 72, between GMT Investors,
a California limited partnership, and the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, which agreement amends
the agreement dated February 1, 1971, between the parties,
recorded in the official records of San Mateo County, on
May 27, 1971, Volume 5349, page 410, is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation of said amendment to the agreement
in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
