A RESOLUTION RATIFYING EXECUTION OF
GRANT FOR CLEAN WATER AS AUTHORIZED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 5797 AND RELATED
RESOLUTIONS (PROJECT C-06-0656)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C~TY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO that the Council having revised Resolution No.
5423 entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco authorizing filing of application for
a State and Increased Federal Grant under the t'erms of the,
Clean Water Bond Law of 1970 and the Federal Wate~ Pollution
COntrol Act 'by Resolution 5957 entitled 'A Resolution Amending
Resolution 5423 and Related Resolutions Authorizing filing of
Applidations for S~te and Increased Federal Grant under the

terms of the Clean Water Bond Law of 1970 and Federal Water
Pollution Control Act (Shaw Road Pump Station, etc.)'" which
Resolutions designate the City's.authorized representative as
the Director of Public Works, and having so authorized, the
Director of Public Works, by Resolution 5797 entitled "A
Resolution Authorizing Application for Grants for Improvements
to Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Facilities under Clean
Water Bond Act, Statutes of the State of California of 1970,
Chapter 508 and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as
amended, 33 U.S.C.466, et seq., City of South San Francisco,
San Mateo County (as Central Agency for· Joint Projects) the
Council does hereby ratify the execution of the grant for
clean water and other acts performed related thereto as author-
ized in said Resolutions.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a special meeting held on the
