A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
RELATING TO ACQUISITION OF CAPACITY IN INDUSTRIAL
EFFLUENT FORCE MAIN, SUBMARINE BAY OUTFALL
AND APPURTENANT FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the Agreement Relating To Acquisition
Of Capacity In Industrial Effluent Force Main, Submarine Bay Out-
fall And Appurtenant Facilities, by and between the CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO and MERCK & CO. INC., this date in form presented
to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor of
the City is hereby authorized to execute said agreement, in dupli-
cate, on behalf of the City, and the Clerk of said City is authorized
and directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the official
seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 24th day of October, 1972, by the following vote:
