CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL CONDUITS
TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
(SOUTHWOOD CENTER AND EL CAMINO REAL)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon an amendment deleting the words
"together with all necessary rights of way and easements
therefor" , execution of a deed of conveyance to the Pacific
Gas $ Electric Company, a California corporation, for those
certain underground electric distribution facilities now
installed on or adjacent to grantor's premises in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, in the locations shown and delineated upon the
plat entitled "Facilities to be deeded by City of South
San Francisco, Southwood Center and E1 Camino Real, South
San Francisco Inc", Drawing No. 1-724 SM, dated 11/4/69,
and attached to said deed, is hereby authorized, and the
Mayor and City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
are authorized to execute said deed of conveyance on behalf
of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 24th day of October , 197~_, by the
following vote:
