HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5969-1972 RESOLUTION 5969 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION REGARDING PACIFIC GAS $ ELECTRIC COMPANY POLE LINE EASEMENT (ANTONETTE LANE) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that: WHEREAS THE City has underaken the improvement of Antonette Lane pursuant to the Antonette Lane Street Open Project Assess- ment District, which requires relocation of P.G.gE. electric facilities, extinguishment of an existing easement, provision for a new easement and cost of relocating the facilities; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council declares as follows: 1. The City Council declares its intention to accept a release of the easement now held by P.G.S E. for existing facilix ties, and provide in the Assessment District proceedings a new easement for the facilities specified in said project. 2. The City 'Council confirms that the relocation cost will be charged to the Assessment District as provided for in the Engineer's report. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City COuncil of the City of South San Francisco at a s~ecial meeting held on the 30th day of October , 1972, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Gordon T. Boblitt, William A. Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp NOES, " Noue ABSENT, " Noue Clerk
