CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
(OUTFALL FORCE MAIN PROJECT C-0'6-0656).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Indenture (File 31075/314-4)
(Mile Posts E-10.50-C & 10.69-C-N) between Southern Pacific
Transportation Company and the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation (The City of South San Francisco
acting as managing agent for OUtfall Force Main Project
C-06-0656), is hereby authorized and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Indenture on behalf of the
City.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation of this Resolution and said
Indenture in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§u~ar meeting
held on the 6th day of November , 19 72 , by
the following vote:

Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp
