CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 2, STONEGATE
RIDGE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Final Map entitled Condominium Project No. 2, Stonegate
Ridge, Ptn. of Lot 1, Bbck 3 and Lot 3, Block 2 "Stonegate
Ridge Unit No. 1" (Volume 64 Maps, Pages 36, 37 & 38) City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
is hereby approved and acceptance of the dedications thereby
proposed is authorized with the City Clerk being authorized to
execute and record a certificate of acceptance therefor.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept
delivery and record or cause recordation of a grant deed to
the City of South San Francisco for the common green designated
as Parcel A on said map, said acceptance and recordation to
occur immediately after the recordation of the Final Map,
the condition of title to be free and clear of all liens,
taxes and encumbrances except those accepted by City and
said condition of title to be assured by standard title
insurance policy in the sum of Fifty Ihou$~,d
Dollars ($ 50,000 ), provided at the cost and expense
of the Grantor.
3. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Agreement, Subdivision
Improvements and Common Greens, Condominium Project No. 2,
Stonegate Ridge, Ptn. of Lot 1, Block 3 and Lot 3, Block 2
'Stonegate Ridge Unit No. 1' (Volume 64 Maps, Pages 36, 37
g 38)," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently
with the recordation of the Final Map.

4. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and
execute other documents and do any other acts necessary to
carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
