CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

AUTHORIZED FOR CHECKS AND WARRANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council hereby prescribes the following methods
for drawing warrants and checks:
A. The City Manager, now Gale Dreisbach, and the
Director of Finance, now Edward Alario, are authorized
to draw warrants and checks with the proviso that one
of said authorized persons shall affix his signature
manually to each warrant or check and the other signature
may be affixed by plate or other mechanical means. In
the absence or disability of the Director of Finance,
the Staff and Budget Assistant, now Louise Coleman, is
authorized to manually sign said warrants and checks
if the City Manager's signature is affixed thereto by
plate or other mechanical means.
B. An official bond executed by each of the aforegoing
(City Manager, Director of Finance and Staff and Budget
City Manager & Budget Assistante~$500,O00; Dir.,of Finance: $750,000
Assistant) in the sum of $ (stated above) covering
the faithful performance by such officers of the duties
of their office, particularly with respect to the issuance
of warrants and checks, is hereby set and said bond or
bonds shall be filed with the City Clerk by said officers.
2. When the plates or other mechanical means for affixing
the signatures of the City Manager and the Director of Finance
have been provided and the bond as hereinbefore prescribed has
been filed, the aforegoing method for drawing warrants and
checks shall be effective and until that date checks and warrants
shall be issued over the signatures presently authorized.

A RESOLUTION REGARDING SIGNATURES
AUTHORIZED FOR CHECKS AND WARRANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council hereby prescribes the following methods
for drawing warrants and checks:
A. The City Manager, now Gale Dreisbach, and the
Director of Finance, now Edward Alario, are authorized
