A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WESTBOROUGH
PARK- II
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council

and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 31st day of October , 1~2 ,
for the work to be done and ~the improvement to be made as
described and specified: Improvements for Westborough Park - II,
Westborough Blvd. and Galway Drive, South San Francisco,
California, 19 72;
NOW, THEREFORE: IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals
or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
regular
meeting
held on the 20th day of November ,
