CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING BERTH FEES
AT OYSTER POINT MARINA TO BE
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1973, AND
REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 5425. AND 4599.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that effective January 1, 1973, berth fees
for Oyster Point Marina shall be as follows:
Berthings
1. 24-foot berth
2. 30-foot berth
3. 36-foot berth
4. 42-foot berth
5. Dry Storage*
6. 28-foot boat or over
and under repair
7. Discount**
Amount per Month
$ 20.40

10%
*Dry storage is hereby defined as any boat normally
kept on land as opposed to water.
**Any lessee paying the berth rental fee on an annual
basis shall receive a 10% discount.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held
on the 4th day of December , 19 72 , by the
following vote:
