CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WESTBOROUGH PARK - II,
WESTBOROUGH BLVD. AND GALWAY DRIVE,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, 1972.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant' to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the I?th day of December , 1972
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made" as
described and specified:
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WESTBOROUGH PARK - II, WESTBOROUGH BLVD.
AND GALWAY DRIVE, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, 19 72;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1o That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:

2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3, That Bands shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of December , 19 72 ,
by the following vote' '
