CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY OFFICIALS
AUTHORIZED TO DRAW UPON REVOLVING FUND.
WHEREAS, a revolving fund account has been created, and
WHEREAS, said revolving fund shall be maintained as a
separate bank deposit account and shall be drawn upon by those
City officials as designated by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and
the Director of Finance are hereby authorized to draw upon
said revolving fund for the purpose of paying expenditures
incurred by the City Manager and members of the City Council
in the performance of their duties for the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§ular
on the 18th day of December , 1972
