CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST
TO SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR
DISTRICT FOR MARINA 'FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco owns and
operates Oyster Point Marina, which is located within the
boundaries of San Mateo County, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to determine the feasibility
of expanding the Marina and upon determining said feasibility
construct or cause construction of a project, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to request monetary assistance
in the form of a grant or loan from the San Mateo County
Harbor District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that said Council does authorize
the City Manager to request financial assistance in the form
· of a loan or a grant from the San Mateo County Harbor District
in the furtherance of said project, for Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000).

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting
held on the 10th day of January , 19 73 , by the
