CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY'S
REPRESENTATIVES TO MEET AND CONFER
IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 3500, ET SEQ., AND PROVIDING
FOR RELATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager or his representatives and Wesley
Sizoo, Attorney at Law, are hereby designated as the represen-
tatives to meet and confer in good faith regarding wages,
hours and other conditions of employment with representatives
of the recognized employee organizations for fiscal year
1973-74.
2. That resolution No. 5728, passed the 20th day of
December, 1971, is hereby rescinded.
