CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FROM CABOT: CABOT g FORBES
CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC. -
EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER
PURPOSES (OUTFALL FORCE MAIN
PROJECT C-06-0656)
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, is the managing agent for the 0utfall Force Main
Project, No. C-06-0656, and
WHEREAS, the' acquisition of easements for access to the
San Francisco Bay and for the purpose of installation of sani-
tary sewer pipe conduits is a necessary element of the Outfall
Force .Main Project, and
WHEREAS, the grant deed from Cabot, Cabot g Forbes, a
Delaware Corporation, dated August 31, 1972, more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached to the grant deed provides
easements necessary for the purposes stated above;
NOW: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that:
1. That the .grant deed dated August 31, 1972, from Cabot,
Cabot g Forbes, a Delaware Corporation, to the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, as managing agent for
the Outfall Force Main Project No. C-06-0656, be accepted.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation of said easements in the Official
Records of the County of San Mateo.
