CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL
FOR PURPOSES OF THE STATE AND LOCAL
FISCAL ASSISTANCE ACT OF 19 72
(P.L. 92-512).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager of the City of South San
Francisco is hereby designated as the Chief Executive Officer
within the meaning of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance
Act of 1972 (P.L. 92-512) and amendments thereto for the purpose
of executing and filing certificates, reports and other docu-
ments required of local governments by said statute.
