HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 6024-1973RESOLUTION NO. 6024 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE WILLOW AVENUE SUBJECT TO RESERVATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND TO VACATE CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS, AND SETTING OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING SAID VACATION. WHEREAS, the City Council intends to vacate certain sani- tary sewer easements, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached, and shown on map entitled "Abandoned City Easements," dated February 7, 1973, on file with the City Clerk, and WHEREAS, the City Council also intends to vacate a por- tion of Willow Avenue, more particularly described in Exhibit B, attached, and as shown on maps entitled "Vacation of Willow Avenue," dated July 28, 1971, and "Easements for Sanitary Sewers " dated to Be Reserved from Abandonment of Willow Avenue, July 28, 1971, on file in the City Clerk's office, and WHEREAS, the public convenience and necessity require the reservation of easements as described in parcels 1 and 2, Exhibit C, pages 1 and 2, attached; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be conducted concerning said vacations and reservation of ease- ments on May ?, 1973, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, South San Francisco, California I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a specia~ meeting held on the ~2th day of February , 19 73 , by the following vote: AYES~ COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
