A I~8OLUTION AGGF-I~TING A QUITCLAIM
DEED FROM GUY F. ATKINSON COMPANY
(RAILROAD AVENUE LANDSCA~ AREA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that acceptance of the quitclaim deed made by
Guy F. Atkinson Company, a Nevada corporation, the 24th
day of January , 19 73 , conveying to the City of
South San Francisco the parcel therein described, is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of same in the official records of the County
of San Marco.
