A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONIP~A~T
WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD EXTENSION MEDIAN
STRIP .. LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT - 19 ?2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEI~AS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 5rd day of January , 19 75
for the work to be done and the improvement to be mad~--~s
described and specified:
WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD EXTENSION MEDIAN STRIP
LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT - 19 ?2
NOW, THEP~EFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1o That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit'
American Building Maintenance Co.
2. That the Mmyor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3° That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certi='~y that the fo~egoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 20th day of February , 19 75 ,
by the following vote
