CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE
PORTIONS OF STREETS ADJACENT TO BLOCKS
2, 4 AND 5 IN WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK
UNIT NO. 1 (PROPOSED BRAEWOOD-WESTBOROUGH
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 2).
BE IT RESOLVED by the 'City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street
Vacation Act of 19 41.
2. Notice is hereby given that ~on~¥ , the 19th
day of March , 1973, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, is
hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons
interested in, or having objections to, the proposed vacation
of portions of the street rights-of-way adjacent to Blocks 2,
4 and 5 in Westborough-West Park Unit No. 1 (Proposed Braewood-
Westborough Condominium Project No. 2) as hereinafter described,
may appear before said Council and be heard.
3. A copy of this resolution shall be published once, not
less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date set for hearing,
in the "Enterprise-Journal," a newspaper of general circula-
tion printed and published in said City in the manner prescribed
by law for publishing ordinances in said City.
4. The public interest and convenience require and it is
the intention of this Council to vacate portions of street
rights-of-way adjacent to Blocks 2, 4 and 5 in Westborough-
West Park Unit No. 1, described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and as shown on the map on file in the office of the City Clerk
entitled "Street Abandonment, Braewood-Westborough Condominium
Project No. 2 (A Resubdivision of Block 2, Lots 30-38,
Block 4, and Block 5, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 1, South
San Francisco, Calif.)" and to except and reserve therefrom
the easements and interests specifically described in said
Exhibit A.

5. Notices of the vacation of the portions of street
rights-of-way adjacent to Blocks 2, 4 and $ in Westborough-
West Park Unit No. 1 shall be posted conspicuously along the
line of the portions proposed to be vacated at least ten (10)
days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall
be posted not more than 300' apart, but not less than three
shall be posted.
