CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
(STONEGATE RIDGE RIGHT OF WAY
ACQUISITION) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement between the .South San
Francisco Unified School District and the City of South San
Francisco wherein provision is made for the acquisition of an
easement for slope and street purposes as therein described,
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest
his signature thereto.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
establish an escrow as in said agreement provided and perform
the acts necessary to carry out the terms of the agreement or
cause same to be done, including issuance of or authorization
to issue necessary escrow instructions.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
accept a grant of easement as described in said agreement and
record or cause recordation thereof in the official records of
the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
