CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL
ELECTION, DECLARING THE DATE
THEREOF, ORDERING PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE AND ESTABLISHING HOURS
DURING WHICH POLLS SHALL BE OPEN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. A special election is hereby called in the City of
South San Francisco in accordance with the Election and Govern-
ment Codes of the State of California, for May 22, 1973, to
fill the Council vacancy (unexpired term).
2. The City Clerk shall publish a notice of said special
election in accordance with the Election Code of the State of
California and related statutes.
3. The hours during which the polls shall be opened
shall be from seven o'clock A.M. to eight o'clock P.M. on
said day and the Clerk shall give the required notices thereof
as set forth in the Elections Code of the State of California
and related statutes.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 20th day of February , 19 73 , by the follow-
ing vote:
