CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING RADENCE O'BRYANT.
WHEREAS, Radence O'Bryant has completed twenty-two years
of public service with the City of South San Francisco and now
retires in the capacity of Chief Recreation Supervisor, and
WHEREAS, Radence has gained wide recognition from her
peers and the community around her for her innovative contribu-
tions to the recreation programs of this City, and
WHEREAS, those close to Radence truly appreciate the subtle
but giant influence she had upon the growth of recreation in
the life of our citizens, to wit,. experimental theater programs,
senior citizen programs and invaluable service to civic groups
of the community, and
WHEREAS, it can be safely surmised that her unmatched
creativity emanated from her early involvement in the unbridled
life in theater and stage, and
WHEREAS, Radence always sparkled with beauty, grace, charm
and a disarming sensitive concern for others;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that this Council does commend and
honor Radence O'Bryant for her many years of devoted public
service she has contributed to the citizens of this City.
