A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5897,
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS
AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS
EL CAMIN0 REAL SIDEWALK PROJECT

ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the Exhibit "A" (List of Unpaid
Assessments) attached to the Resolution cited in the title,
adopted by the Council on August ?, 1972, is amended to sub-
stitute Assessor's Parcel Number ~013-250-110 (in the amount
of $4,139.40) for Diagram and Assessment No. 13, in place of
Assessor's Parcel No. 013-250-031 which now appears thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall forward
certified copies of this Resolution to the City Treasurer and
to the Controller of the County of San Mateo.

duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
