A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT
OF COSTS ADVANCED
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the cost of relocation of Joint poles and
overhead electric and telephone wires in proceedings conducted
by this. Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5697
adopted on October 18, ]971, has been heretofore advanced to
the Joint Pole Association by Charterhouse Development Company;
.WHEREAS, said relocation work.has been legally
included in said proceedings and the work has been duly
accomplished in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that ~the amount of
$5,703.00 heretofore advanced by Charterhouse Development
Company. for the purpose mOf accomplishing relocation of over-
head electric and. telephone wires is hereby ordered reimbursed
to said Charterhouse Development Company from the construction
fund for said project established pursuant to said Resolution
of Intention.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 21st day of May, 1973, by the following vote:
