CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
POLICE DEPARTMENT BAIL TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Fmancisco that
1. The establishment of a bail tPust fund in the name
of the City of South San FPancisco Police DepaPtment Bail
TPust Fund is hePeby authoPized.
2. The said tPust fund shall be established in the
CPockeP Citizens Bank.
3. The following signatuPes ate authoPized fop dis-
buPsement fPom said tPust fund:
James Datzman oP Hugh McCaffPey fop the City of
South San FPancisco Police DepaPtment;
EdwaPd G. AlaPio oP Louise Coleman fop the office
of DiPectoP of Finance.
Two signatuPes shall be PequiPed to issue a check fPom
said tPust fund, with one signatuPe fPom each of the desig-
nated depaPtments.
I hePeby cePtify that the foPegoing Resolution was
PegulaPly intPodueed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San FPancisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of May
19 73 , by the following vote:
