CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING FORMAL
RECOGNITION OF MAJORITY REPRE-
SENTATIVES FOR RESPECTIVE UNITS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council, having received a report from
the City Manager that all organizations eligible to participate
in the election for representation of the units. 'and the City
Manager agreed that an election is not required, and having
further received a recommendation regarding the majority of
representatives for certain units, the Council hereby finds,
determines and orders that the majority representatives of
recognized employee organizations for the respective units
shall be as follows:
1. Unit 1 - None.
2. Unit 2 - None.
3. Unit 3 - South San Francisco City Employees/ Joint Council/
Marine Engineers Beneficial Association/American Federation
of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 1569,
AFL-CIO.
4. Unit 4 - South San Francisco City Employees/Joint Council/
Marine Engineers Beneficial Association/American Federation
of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 1569
AFL-CIO.
5. Unit 5 - South San Francisco Police Association.
6. Unit 6 - International Association of Fire Fighters of
America, Local #1507, AFL-CIO.
7. Unit 7 - South San Francisco Police Association.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take
effect on the 24th day of May , 19 ?B , at
12:01 A.M.
