CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL
MAP, BRAEWOOD-WESTBOROUGH
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 2,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The final map entitled "Braewood-Westborough Condo-
minium Project No. 2, South San Francisco, California, Being
a Resubdivision of Block 2: Lots 30-38, Block 4 and Block 5,
Westborough-West Park Unit No. 1," is hereby approved and the
dedications thereby made are accepted.
2. The proposed subdivision and its inherent design are
consistent and consonant with the General Plan of the City of
South San Francisco, and the precise and specific plans thereof.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
accept said dedications and execute a Certificate of Acceptance
therefor and record or cause recordation of same in the official
records of the County of San Mateo.
4. Execution of the agreement entitled, "Agreement, Sub-
division Improvements and Common Greens, Braewood-Westborough
Condominium Project No. 2," is hereby authorized and the Mayor
is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded
concurrently with the recordation of the final map.
$. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary
and execute other documents and do any other acts necessary
to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
