HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 6090-1973RESOLUTION NO. 6090 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED TO CABOT, CABOT $ FORBES BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the.sanitary sewer easement described in Exhibit A attached hereto having been heretofore dedicated to the City of South San Francisco by Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes but not used for public purposes, and there being no future need for said easement, a quit claim of said easement to Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes is hereby authorized, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute said quit claim deed on behalf of the City. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of May % 1973, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " Patrick E.
