CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATE0 (RETRIEVAL OF ACCIDENT
STATISTICAL INFORMATION).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement between the County of
San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco, entitled
"Agreement for Retrieval of Accident Statistical Informa-
tion,'' is hereby authorized with the Mayor being authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk
being authorized to attest his signature thereto.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
carry out or cause to be carried out the terms of the agree-
ment on behalf of the City.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
forward a conformed copy of this resolution and the agree-
ment to the City Manager, Director of Finance and Chief of
Police so that they may be advised regarding the obligations
and acts required by the agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4eh day of June ,
19 75 , by the following vote:
