A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT: AS AMENDED, WITH
THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR DISTRICT -
MARINA FEASIBILITY STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San FPancisco that execution of an agPeement, as
amended, between the City of South San FPaneisco and the
San Marco County HaPboP DistPict, which pPovides fop a
gPant of Twenty- five Thousand DollaPs ($25,000.00) to the
City of South San FPancisco fop the completion of an
engineePing-eeonomic feasibility study of the expansion
and development of 0ysteP Point MaPina on the repros and
conditions thePein pPovided, is hePeby authoPized and the
City ManageP is authoPized to execute said agPeement, as
amended, on behalf of the City and City ClePk attest his
