A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH
WILLIAMS-KUEBELBECK g ASSOCIATES, INC.
(ENGINEERING-ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR OYSTER POINT MARINA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of Amendment Number 1 to the
agreement between the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, and Williams-Kuebelbeck g Associates,
Inc., is hereby authorized and the City Manager is author-
ized to execute said agreement and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
