CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1973-74 - WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTEN;d~CE DISTRICT.
:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of' taxes for
the fiscal year 1973- 74for the WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at One and 70/]00 Do]Jars
'($~.7~ ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of 0ne and 70/100
D0]]ars ($1.70 ) pep One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and
assessed as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT. '
-$. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided

by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by'the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjo,Jrned regular
meeting held this 23rd -day of June
