A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE

MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci'l of the City' of South

San Francisco that: .~
1.' The Council does hereby fix the Pate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1973 - 74 for the WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND
. 'PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at 0ne and 70/100 Dollars
(.$1.70 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)

· of assessed value of all real property in said district.

9. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that-he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of One a~d
Seventy/lO0 Dollars
(81.70 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the property
enumerated and assessed as being 'in said WILLOW GARDENS PARKS

3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
