A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1973 - 74 _
STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS ~N'D PA~RKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRI CT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
.1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
The fiscal year .1973 - 74 for the STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS AND

PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at
($ 1.70 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of assessed value of all meal property in said District.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of One and
Seventy/lO0 Dollars (81.70 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the property
enumerated and assessed as being in said STONEGATE RIDGE 'PARKS
'AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an ad.iourned regular
meeting held this 23rd day of June - ,
