CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO EXECUTE RIGHT-
OF-WAY CERTIFICATE AND AGREEING TO
HOLD THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA HARMLESS
ON TOPICS COMPOSITE PROJECT T-3072 {59}
(CITY PROJECT NO. 1000)
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That, on recommendation of the Director of Public
Works, the City Engineer be, and he hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute a Right-of-Way Certificate as required by
the State of California in connection with TOPICS Composite
Project T-3072 {59} {City of South San Francisco Project No.
1000}; and
2. That it is hereby agreed that the City of South San
Francisco will hold the State of California harmless from any
liability in the event the rights-of-way are not clear as
certified.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
