CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DIRECTOR'S
DEED FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(405 39-DED).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that acceptance of the Director's Deed dated
May 22, 1973, from the State of California, Department of
Public Works, wherein a grant of easement for utility pur-
poses and incidents thereto, upon, over and across all that
real property in the City of South San Francisco, is granted
to the City of South San Francisco is hereby accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
adjourned
