A RESOLUTION REGARDING ACQUISITION OF
THE SEAGRAM'S EASEMENT - SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO - SAN 'BRUN0 '0UTFKLL PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that the City Manager be. and he is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with the vestee of the
fee simple interest in the property designated in the grant
of easement made by Joseph. E. Seagram and Sons,Inc.,et al,
on March 6, 1978, to the City of South San Francisco, and
pay said vestee not to exceed the sum of Nine ThOusand Dollars
($9,000.00) in satisfaction of the obligation set forth in
paragraph VI of said agreement dated the 6th day of March,
1973, and recorded in San Mateo County Official Records,
Book 6403, Page 541.
